How long until I receive my handmade earrings?
While some products are kept in stock, the majority are carefully hand-crafted to order, which takes a few days. I aim to send all 'made to order' items within 1 week. In stock items will be dispatched within 2 working days.

How will my items be packaged?
You will receive the earrings in a small eco-friendly postal box.
If it is a gift for someone and you would like something extra special, please choose the gift box option. I can send direct to the recipient along with a beautifully printed gift tag. Please send me a message when you checkout so that you can let me know the gift tag wording.

How do I make a return?
I want you to be 100% happy with your items, so if something should arrive damaged or it is defective, then please do get in touch so I can resolve the issue.
I cannot take responsibility for items lost in the the post, but if this does happen please let me know and we can resolve the issue. For international orders, I do recommend a tracked service so you know exactly where your parcel is.
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we are unable to to offer return of earrings once they have been worn. I also can't accept a return if an item has been damaged due to mistreatment. Please read the care instructions as these are delicate pieces.
Should you need to start a return, you can contact me at c@petsch.uk. If your return is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds
If you do need to return an item after we have spoken, I will let you know once I have received it and then process your refund. This may take time for your bank or credit card company to process.
